Sign up for the hands-on course with Prof. Richard Frayne, which will take place at UNICAMP.

The course will be held on April 14, 18, 19 and 20, right after the BRAINN Congress. It is aimed at Engineering, Computation and Medical Physics post-grad students.

The course will be an excellent oportunity for BRAINN Congress participants to interact with each other and learn more about MRI image acquisition and analysis.

Announcement

richard frayne MRIApplications are now open for the course “MRI Reconstruction – Hands-on course”, to be taught by Prof. Dr. Richard Frayne, from the University of Calgary, between April 14th and April 20th 2016, right after the BRAINN Congress.

The course will be offered at the University of Campinas and aims to allow graduate students and researchers working directly with MRI to deepen their knowledge on reconstruction of these images through a practical and dynamic approach. Since it is a “hands-on” course, participants will have the chance to experience the challenges and difficulties of working with MRI and interact with many researchers in correlated areas.

 

Target audience:

This course is designed for Engineering, Physics, Medical Physics and Computer Science students and researchers who work with Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Basics of signal processing is desireable. The candidate selection will be based on the engagement to the BRAINN project and the supervisor recommendation. Places are limited to 18. Apr 18th – Monday 16h-18h – Following groups development
Apr 19th – Tuesday: 16h-18h – Following groups development
