As the nation’s largest educational and scientific event for professionals working in epilepsy, AES is the optimal venue to present your research to a global audience. This is where you belong.
Submit an abstract by Monday, June 10 to be considered for presentation during the 2024 AES Annual Meeting. In addition to the in-person poster hall, ePosters will be available to attendees in the virtual poster gallery and will be published on the AES website.
Deadlines, Fees, and Awards
- Abstracts submitted on or before June 3 will be subject to a discounted, non-refundable processing fee of $60 for AES members or $90 for non-members
- Abstracts will be accepted June 4-10 for an increased non-refundable processing fee of $120 for AES members or $180 for non-members
