Details Below.\n \nSubmit an Abstract to be Considered for Presentation at AES 2024 in Los Angeles\, CA! \nAs the nation’s largest educational and scientific event for professionals working in epilepsy\, AES is the optimal venue to present your research to a global audience. This is where you belong. \nSubmit an abstract by Monday\, June 10 to be considered for presentation during the 2024 AES Annual Meeting. In addition to the in-person poster hall\, ePosters will be available to attendees in the virtual poster gallery and will be published on the AES website. \n  \nDeadlines\, Fees\, and Awards\n\nDeadline: Monday\, June 10 at 12:00 PM PT\n\n\nAbstracts submitted on or before June 3 will be subject to a discounted\, non-refundable processing fee of $60 for AES members or $90 for non-members\nAbstracts will be accepted June 4-10 for an increased non-refundable processing fee of $120 for AES members or $180 for non-members\n\n\nAES offers travel awards to selected abstract authors by application only. Submitters must apply for these awards during the submission process.\n\nThe AES Scientific Program Committee selects travel awardees based on abstract ratings and letters of recommendation. Submitters selected to receive awards will be notified in August.
