So you should\u00a0not miss our paper recently published in <strong>Neuroimage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The paper &#8220;<em>A benchmark for hypothalamus segmentation on T1-weighted MR images<\/em>&#8221; makes available not only the CNN model developed, but also all images used, composed by more\u00a0than 1300 subjects from 4 different public datasets. The dataset comes with automatically generated masks for all images (silver standard) and manual masks generated by experts for a subset (gold standard).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">You can download the data from the <a href=\"https:\/\/codalab.lisn.upsaclay.fr\/competitions\/7583\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>competition page<\/strong><\/span><\/a> and submit your results on the test set to participate in the leaderboard.
