Funds are available for an initial 2-year period.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree, obtained in the last 4 years, with strong analytic background in one of the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Statistics,<\/li>\n<li>Biostatistics,<\/li>\n<li>Mathematics,<\/li>\n<li>Computational Biology,<\/li>\n<li>Bioinformatics or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Programming proficiency in some language (e.g., R, Python, Perl, C, C++ or Java) and at least three scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals in the last three years are required.
